0.8.1 - minor fix


Just implemented a minor but important fix/clarification.

When a torque is THROWN, the throwing seeker has to perform a new Throw test every time the torque gets in contact with something.

This mainly clarifies the specific case in which a rival gets on the torque's path, tries to Handle it, but fails, allowing the torque to continue moving on its original trajectory... and then the torque contacts a new rival, or a mate, or a totem.

What to do? --> Test anew :)
